Our main goal at L’Acadiane Equine is to produce horses and riders who are at home competing at the top U.S. Horse Shows.
LAEM’s all-inclusive horse show training and management program is designed to set you up for success. Horse shows are a celebration of the training and work put in at home, and we make sure you’re prepared, relaxed, and able to fully enjoy the competitive atmosphere that makes horse shows special. We provide you with everything you need to compete at your very best. Our staff will arrange all the details for you and your horse so you can focus on the show. At LAEM we provide you with the team you need to be successful, offering a supportive atmosphere, a feasible path to reach your goals, and a philosophy of encouragement. Katie and Vincent will help you expand your comfort zone to achieve top results at some of the most highly rated horse shows on the East Coast.

Clinics
Improve yourself and your horse with clinics at LAEM. Clinics are a great way to ride with a trainer or work with another equestrian professional that you usually wouldn't be able to work with. We love having trainers and physical therapists in to help our clients and the community improve themselves. Check our show calendar for clinic dates.
Chris Hickey
Christopher Hickey has trained many horses to Grand Prix and has shown successfully at the National and International levels. Chris is a former winner of the USEF Young Horse National Championships, the USEF Developing Prix St. George National Championships, and the Festival of Champions National Championships. In 2012 Chris was invited to the final selection trails for the US Olympic team. He was the winner of the Individual and Team Gold at the 2007 Pan American Games. In addition, he has won many USDF Regional Championship titles through First Level to Grand Prix.
